Nicole Kidman is spending this holiday season back in Australia with her daughters following her separation fromKeith Urban.
Kidman filed for divorce from Urban on Sept. 30 after almost 20 years of marriage. A source close to Kidman toldPeople that the Oscar-winning actress flew home to Australia for Christmas with her and Urban's daughters Sunday Rose, 17 and Faith Margaret, 14.
"Nicole and the girls are in Australia for Christmas. This is all she wanted after a tumultuous fall," the source told People. "She just wanted to celebrate Christmas at home. She's very excited."
“She's been super positive and focused on things that she's grateful for. And there are so many! She feels very blessed," the source added.
Earlier this month, another source close to the family revealed to People that both girls are spending time equally with Kidman and Urban, "Nicole and Keith continue to co-parent. The focus is on their daughters. They both want to create a stable and supportive environment for them."
According to court documents, Kidman and Urban agreed to a parenting plan that states that they cannot speak poorly of one another or their families to their daughters. The parenting plan outlines that Kidman and Urban will, "encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."
Kidman has also been designated as the primary residential parent to Sunday and Faith, spending 306 days out of the year with the girls while Urban will have them for 59 days.
